Generale Prefabbricati is a leading company in the production of Spiroll extruded hollow core floor slabs, prefabricated reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete components throughout Italy.

For over 60 years in Italy and abroad, the company has manufactured prestressed, large span and capacity beams also produced on-site (cast in situ) for the production of prefabricated elements destined for road and rail structures and infrastructures, or for the construction, including installation, of multi-storey buildings for commercial, production, management or logistical use.

The very wide range of products, virtually infinite thanks to the “customised” technical design and construction capabilities, is enriched by GFRC or GRC façade cladding panels composed of a mix of cement mortar and alkali resistant glass fibre and of SFloor concrete raised technical flooring.

The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified. All products are CE certified and Generale Prefabbricati possesses SOA certificates in the following categories and amounts:
